I have been playing it and just made it to Seattle, it's been pretty solid so far. I get it not liking how they handled Joel's death but the brutality of it makes sense given the nature of TLoU.
It's incredibly obvious anyone putting a 1 or 0 is just review bombing the score

Controversial would be much more apt. So far the gameplay has been pretty good and more brutal then the first one, the graphics have been stunning, and of course the acting has been very solid as well.

You’re supposed to hate it. If they’re focusing on Ellie as the main POV in this game, this scene will surely make you feel the pain that she’s feeling.
