Yea pretty sure he's only there if you're level 30
And he only appeared for me after I finished all but one of the side missions in that area.

When am I able to start doing dark zone stuff? I went in at level 13 and got rekt.

DZ enemies are tough. 14, 19, 24 and 29 are the upper bracket levels.
Need a lot of firearms and stamina imo. Pulse is a useful skill

When I am by myself in the darkzone I usually run pulse and turret. I like having the turret because it keeps some of fire off of me. If I run out of medkits I usually switch to from pulse to first aid.

I'm pretty sure they get added automatically to the crafting table in the main base. When you first walk in should be in front of you and to left.

Has anybody had the glitch where you can't get pass "tutorial upgrade wing" can't progress in the story because of this.
Will just make a new character because I'm only at 11 but it's pretty annoying. Would just wait for a fix but even Ubi seems to think it won't be fixed.

Honestly don't know was just tired of seeing that mission and couldn't complete it. Since I wasn't that far in I just decided to make a new character.

Got me a new Uzi as 2ndary and an AK variant as primary. Gonna pwn some bitches.
