I’m about to have 6. Got the Mantis last night, about to have the Star Eagle and Ecliptic Falcata 2. I bought the Narcissus and upgraded it, and I honestly love it so far. Once I upgraded it, it carried me through the UCSysDef mission and I can’t stop using it. Going to experiment with the other two and see which works best.

How about space suits? I still can’t stop using the one in The Lodge.

I will try it on again. I couldn’t get past the look at first. I added a ballistic upgrade to the Mark suit so it’s been hard to shake.

maybe Level 1 of starship design being unlocked in my skills, but I legit tried it for fricks and it took

Until you get to NG+

So I spent like six hours today doing the Ryujin quest line and I'm not even done, this game is going to consume a lot of hours of my life it seems.

What's great though is in those six hours I didn't have fire a single bullet and was able to talk my way out of multiple confrontations. I'm starting to save a decent amount of credits so I may start looking into upgrading my ship and then go find some pirates to fight.

I picked up a mission to haul some scientists to a planet too far out for my grav drives in either the Frontier or Mantis and all the upgrades which would fix this were outside my skill level. I bought a ship and was able to upgrade the reactor and jump drive as well as put an extra fuel tank on it (but not shite for shields nor weapons) to finally make that jump.

On a related note, there should be a way to remove Mission Board missions if you realize you can't do them. I can't tell you how much time I had to spend trying things, then flying from system to system to system only to find that my changes didn't work, then fly back until I was able to get it all to work. It would have been far easier to just bring those passengers back like crappy Christmas gifts and delete the mission then start over (or maybe an option to see where the mission is, and if you can even get there, before accepting it).

I feel like the game is finally starting to open up for me. Good stuff.

Quick question: Do any of yall just play from first person view or third person? Switch it up during certain things? I apologize if that's been discussed already.
