I have seen some say that it's 30 hours with side quests and extras so that is plenty.
I got that e-mail too. They sent one out yesterday expecting delays and offering a full refund. I decided last night that they didn't seem to have their shite together so I canceled and got it off GMG for $45. It worked out because I got to play last night, got the further delay e-mail this morning, then just got an e-mail from paypal saying I was issued a refund. 2 game may not handle sales well but their customer service is excellent so far.

I would disagree, the delay email last night specified today, how the hell does that change to a 48 hour difference over the past 12 hours. It wasn't imperative I had the game at midnight, don't want to wait until Thursday thoigh either

Cancel it. In both e-mails they make it clear you have the chance for a full refund, how many companies do that? I think they were a little ambitious trying to get keys to the US when they are in the UK and it hasn't released yet.

It may take 24 hours, they are probably backed up. It probably took about 15 hours for mine.
