So what’s the verdict? PS5 or Series X?

I’ve always been a PlayStation guy, but just about every PS exclusive worth owning the console for is no longer. Between game pass and Bethesda moving to Microsoft, why shouldn’t I switch to Xbox?

I've always bought both each console generation but right now I only own a Series X and I love it. Game Pass is a phenomenal value and the system runs great. I'm sure I'll pick up a PS5 eventually but there are really only about 4 PS5 exclusives (so far) that I have any interest in.

Series X but that mainly because I’ve had Xbox along with all my friends. On top of that Gamepass and cloud gaming are the future of the indistry. And with Microsoft buying up these big gaming companies, it’s becoming more and more obvious they are trying to spend Sony out of the market. Which they can do with relative ease if they want to

I think it depends on what you want to play. I feel like PS5 has better exclusives in the pipeline, but X-Box has that excellent streaming subscription service. If you’re into rpg’s, I’d go PS5, but otherwise, probably X-Box

If you have a good rig then why bother with a console?

That’s what they are moving towards. And when it happens, Sonys gaming division is going to be fricked. Nintendo is going to be the only physical console sold widely in 10 years I feel like. Microsoft has been trying to go online all the time for a decade now because they know the direction everything is going. They just jumped the gun too soon.

Selling more consoles isn’t the goal at this point. That’s like a team bragging about winning 20-0 on Friday night but then they lose Saturday and Sunday.

lol if you have a suitable PC... Just use the PC and get xbox game pass and that's all you need. No PS5 necessary. If you don't have a PC just get the Xbox. You'll thank yourself in a few years
