I have been browsing internet articles to no avail. I am looking for an open world RPG to get into, however the problem is I may have played most. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have played and loved:

Witcher
Skyrim
RDR2
HZD
Dragon Age
Fallout 4
ESO
Outer Worlds
LOTR-PS4 games
Kingdom Come Deliverance
Assassins Creeds Odyssey/Orgins/Black Flag
BOTW on Switch.

I'm currently playing Days Gone and it's meh.

How far along are you? I've heard it takes about 8 hours to get going.

Not as open world as the ones you listed, but maybe give the Yakuza series a try.

Yakuza is something I haven't tried. Whats it compare to?

On Days gone-about 15 hours or so. It's ok.

If you are up for a subscription service, FFXIV is a really great MMO.

There are also a few F2P MMO's on the PS4, Neverwinter and TERA coming to mind.

What part you at? Once you get your kit leveled up some and the world opens up to the bigger hoards, it gets really fun.

The beginning kinda sucks though.

So you’re still on the north map? Yeah you’re still in the beginning. Just hang in, get the better guns. The story is actually really good once it gets going.

The lumber Mill horde is insane.

Your title mentions MMO's. Have you ever tried EverQuest? If you try the original you'll probably find the newb zones empty but if you try the Project 1999 servers you may be able to find folks of more levels.

World of Warcraft, D&D Onlinie and Neverwinter are also large-world MMO's with years of content under their belts you might want to check out.

DCUO is another but the pre-DLC game (leveling from 1-30) is nothing like the post-leveling game (which includes having to purchase DLCs in order to continue to progress through the game). I enjoy it but it really could use a fresh direction (at least move from Unreal 3 to Unreal 4).

I wanted to like this game a lot but I felt like I was never really playing the game. So much dialogue. I think it was Yakuza 0.

Mad Max is pretty fun and you can get it for super cheap. Its not real in depth as far as rpgs go though. Car combat is decent, hand to hand is Arkham style controls. You can customize your car, that's about the extent of the rpg elements.
