so i like to peruse the tech board here and there and who can resist a good iphone vs android thread now and then?


why is it that i find that too many android folks don't even like to argue, they'd just rather throw out names or anything else derogatory instead of actually having a discussion

i typically find the iphone guys to be more level headed and not consistently shite on android in the most immature ways possible

i could just barely care less about what types of phones people prefer to use, but to me it seems like its a topic that really fires up the apple hate far more fierce than the fanboyism


i have to say also, that honestly, i notice twice as many iphones in the wild as I do android....i'm not sure if that means i hang out with a poorer crowd, or richer, trashier, or classier?

while i suffer from both of those afflictions, i don't think it makes me more level headed or mature

main reason i don't like to down android is because i really don't have a good reason


my only android experience is with my kids Galaxy tablets

i'm sure they aren't the best thing to judge android on, given their specs, but I just didn't see what it did that an iphone didnt....that would benefit me and not just be incessant filler

I'm only joking. Both are fine and get the job done. Android is just more fun to play with because it isn't as locked down.
