There are lots of people that eat cheeseburgers and pizza 5 days a week and smoke and they live to 80. Some dedicated runners and triathletes die at young ages.

I'm not a health nut and don't want to be, I hate those type of people they annoy the frick out of me.
As long as I'm in decent shape and feel good, I'm happy.
You can have your juice cleanses and green diet all you want, more power to you, but frick to the no for me.

I'm more of a workout routine nut, but I do like to cut loose with the eats on weekends. But I keep fast food (except Subway once in a blue moon) and a lot of junk out of my daily diet.

Pizza is usually it for me or ill fry some chicken. But even when I don't eat healthy I still make it.
I have fast food maybe 3 times a month.
