It's really not bad for Rush. I left it off though because of the mass distaste for it.

Oh an FYI for everybody. All the TD players will be added to the VIP list so they have dibs over randoms. I'm not entirely sure how it works though.

It says in the description that VIPs will be moved to the front of the queue, not sure if anyone is kicked or not.
