Hey can one of you guys help me out with this question? If the computer is amd chipset (fx series, apu series etc) and the graphic card is amd...what is the correct way of updating the graphic card's driver?
When you do the express uninstall, ALL AMD drivers are uninstalled correct? If so when you install the new 14.9 driver wil it also re-install other the AMD drivers (such as usb 3.0 etc)?

The USB 3.0 drivers are the motherboard drivers. AMD drivers don't do anything with the motherboard

OK so what you are saying is that the express uninstall in ccc will ONLY uninstall the graphics driver?

I will say Geforce experience >>>>> Gaming Evolved App.
I'm kind of sort of coming around to like NVIDIA, but there is an SLI bug that needs to be fixed.

Nvidia does those little things much better. What bug are you referring to?

Top card undervolts when in SLI. Fine at stock, but unstable when overclocked.

I don't expect Nvidia to fix it, since it has no effect on boost clocks or stock clocks, just some instability at moderate overclocks, which I'm sure will be deemed unsupported and therefore not a problem.
Good news is, Skyn3t could be close to a custom vbios for it. Last night he sent one to another OCN member for testing.

Just bought a new Logitech G710 gaming key board.
Upgraded from some rinky dink MS keyboard from years ago. Have a logitech gaming mouse I've had for years. Hopefully Logitech's long lasting quality applies to the keyboards as well.

Been using a Logitech G510 keyboard for about 3 years with no complaints.

That's what I hear everyone say about their Logitech products. The only reason I haven't actually bought a new Logitech gaming mouse and is because I love the Logitech mouse I already have so much.
Love the fact that it is back lit. No more praying I hit the right key when the room is dark.

Which switches does it have?
Posted on 10/11/14 at 9:34 pm to bluebarracuda
Not sure what you mean by switches, but this is what it looks like:
6 Programmable "G" keys with three different....settings for lack of a better term (the M1, M2 and M3 buttons top middle/left), for 18 total macros. Adjustable brightness on back lights which is awesome, among other nifty features.

Brown
ETA: Also apparently has sound-dampening o-rings.
ETA2: As soon as there's a sound-dampened mechanical keyboard with an onboard LCD, I'm in. Emphasis on the LCD. It has spoiled me.

You can buy sound dampeners or orings for mechs, but I haven't seen an onboard LCD.
You should try a brown switch board. I think you would really enjoy it

I'm about to start the pain staking process of sleeving my PSU... Its going to be terrible
Posted on 10/13/14 at 12:31 pm to bluebarracuda
I took the lazy route and bought individually sleeved extensions for my 24-pin, 8-pin CPU, and PCIe.
