Will I get any performance increases by upgrading my PC to windows 8.1?

If you have an SSD in your rig then you should absolutely upgrade to 8.1. They optimized it to work better with SSDs. I personally love 8.1, I could never go back. Once you get the hang of it, it's the way better than the previous versions.

Hi folks,
I haven't even played the first 5 minutes of the game as I've been tinkering with settings, but just to confirm what you probably suspected, Watch Dogs PC optimization is garbage. Frame drops abound, memory leak with high MSAA, and crossfire/SLI has flickering and negative scaling.
Ubisoft gonna Ubisoft.
I'd like to think it's because the game is not released yet, and/or because I'm using a less-than-reputable copy, but I know better. AMD drivers already have crossfire profiles in place. I've "pre-played" AC III, Far Cry III, and other AAA Ubisoft titles, and the performance between the "trial" copy and legit copy were always the same.
Will not buy.

They aren't pre-fab.. I'm having to cut the lengths and splices and shite. IT'S frickING TERRIBLE. I just went and got a fricking dremel and a cutting wheel that will cut through diamonds in a fricking ice storm. I'm going to give this another shot in the morning.
I was using a pair of fricking snips to cut them...They looked like a bag of mashed up a-hole after all the bends and twists I put in those things.
