Its a power cooler.
How dumb is the Titan Z? We barely payed over 2000 for Titans over a year ago and Tis are super cheap.
3000 for a dual card which will have major limitations is dumb.

I used to have the Asus vh236h (amazing monitor), but I don't think those are on sale anymore. this one of the better monitors i found for under $150ish

Anybody have a reason as to why I would drop into single digit frame rates while selling in Skyrim? I can run through the Flora overhaul jizzfest at 50+, but I can't sell at normal speed. It just started happening.

my laptop took a dump on me, and now it won't even boot up to start windows. It keeps telling me that there is a hardware issue where I must have had something plugged in before (which I didn't). So I need to completely remove anything on that laptop, and install a version of Windows 7 Ultimate (loaded from a USB drive). My question is how can I remove an existing OS from a computer, while installing a new one from a USB drive?

Back up everything you want, and when you boot from the USB to install Windows, you will be able to completely wipe hard drive.

Well, I think I might have potentially solved the issue at hand. When I originally went into the BIOS I changed the boot from external device to enabled and I forgot to do the boot from network "enable" as well. So before when I was trying to run the startup repair wizard it kept giving me a Startup Repair is offline. Once I turned on the network boot enabled, I was able to get into the system recovery options and do a system restore. For some reason it wouldn't let me do a system restore without the boot from network option being enabled. I will report back if this system restore doesn't work.

system restore said it was successful and to restart the computer to finish the restore. So I restart, and it goes back to saying that I have unplugged a camera, other external device and the computer needs to be shut down. 
I've put the USB drive in, and told my BIOS to boot from an external device. That should make my laptop look in my USB drive for the OS correct?

is there a way to figure out what letter my DVD drive is assigned to from the command prompt? I can't boot my computer up and can only access it through startup repair
