Well, I ran the test for 35 minutes and here were my results:

As you can see, the CPU never went to or above 80C. How worried should I be about those three errors?

Temps are ok for that cooler. The errors are not.
Are you running 4 x 4GB sticks of RAM?
In your bios, there's something called "System Agent Voltage." Bump that up by about .15 and try again. Let me know if you need help finding it.
Have you changed any other bios settings?
You should make a drive to Baton Rouge. I could lower your temps by 15-20 degrees and optimize all your clocks (maybe not worth a drive just for that, but still, if you're in the neighborhood)

The only thing I've done in the bios is update it to the newest version and change the ram frequency and timings.
