I think he said he bought it(4070) for 450. Much better than my 600. Not bad for a junk card.

All in all, I'm not that impressed, even tho, I wouldn't have paid an extra 200 for the 7900XT. RTX Remix is looking like vaporware. It wouldn't be the first time they did that.

Yeah open box new deals at BB can be really good sometimes.

I don't think the 4070 is a junk card but no way in hell it should sell for $600.

Microcenter occasionally has some really good open box deals but you better inspect it in the store (and film it with your phone too) before taking it home.

Yeah this 4070 still had the plastic on the fans and warranty was never registered. Technically it was $470 and I had a $20 BestBuy reward I redeemed.

I'll find some gems here and there.

I don't either.

Inside joke. Well, not that but a dig at a certain poster who called it just that.

Nope. It should've been the 4060ti and sold for 500.

Do you know if MSI antennas will work with a Gigabyte mobo?

If you're talking about WIFI/Bluetooth antennas, then those are pretty much universal

Like blue said, antennas are dumb hardware. Coax connector and wire. Anything should work with anything.

I like how the MSI antennas just screw on the back. Gigabyte and Asus wifi has the dongle with the cable and that drives me crazy.

When did AMD start making their own "Founders Edition" Radeon cards? I'm looking at a used 6900 XT on Ebay for $500 with free shipping.

I could've sworn "they" meaning ATI did it before AMD acquired them, but if I remember correctly, they didn't do it for a while until the RX 5700XT launch.

Yes you are correct. There was a Vega 56, Vega 64, and I think there was also a liquid cooled Vega 64 model.

I have a credit card with a $25k limit on it so I'm about to just say "frick it" and get a 4090 and 7950X3D.

I've got a handful of those, but unless you're planning on paying it off at the end of the month, don't do it, bro

Can we just take a second that in this day and age of insane pricing, that RAM is cheap as dirt? Even the faster speeds with lowest CL's.

I paid $109 on Amazon for 32GB (2x16) of G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO RGB Series (AMD Expo) DDR5-6000 CL30.
