I'm of the belief of staying on the latest gen, if it makes sense, because of drivers and new tech.

11 GB frame buffer vs. 8 GB though, as long as you're not at 4k for either one the 3070 makes more sense but if going 4k you're going to want that extra memory IMO.

I mean I wouldnt pay $500 for a used/refurb 2080 Ti but $400-$450, I'd consider it for sure over a 3070.

The mid-range market is about to get super compressed, think about all those cards before today in the $280-$500 brackets.

Like what will happen to 2070 Super and 5700 XT prices, going to be interesting.

Any of you guys use Distill.io? It’s a web site change tracker that alerts you when a specific change to the page has changed. Saw someone on reddit say that’s how they got a 3080. It’s free for the web browser, but it’s $12 a month to send you notifications to your phone.

I didn’t use it directly but a couple people in a discord group I’m in have been, got my Tuf 3080 by a guy that gave me a heads up on it was up on Amazon. This was back on October 2nd.

Also the 3080 is more than I could ask for, getting some nice performance with a 150+ core overclock, never goes above 60c. Was thinking about undervolting but I think I hit the silicone lottery.

How much you gonna profit off them?

Pulled the 2 chase cards out of my 180 packs

If they bring in PSA 10s, I should net at least ~$1,700 in profit off of those 2 cards. If they both bring in 9s I'll make a little money.

Basically made my money back even if I didn't grade them and sold everything raw

Hope so.

I’m hoping the 2080ti b-stock drops significantly as well.

6900XT for $999 with above 3090 performance at less power and smaller form factor. Foundry advantage. I can't believe AMD has the most powerful GPU out.

frick my wallet.

December 8th sucks though. Right before Cyberpunk at least.

This is cool too

We finally cant use that to our advantage with Nvidia anymore

This is the first time since what, the 7990, that AMD has had the top card?
