I followed the founders from Engadget. I wish Vox would get their(Vox) SJW angle out of their(tVerge) articles. It makes it hard to visit their site sometimes.
Joshua Topolsky, Nilay Patal, and Paul Miller
I've fell off the Joshua Topolsky train over the years because of his Trump hate but still love listening to cool arse Nilay and Paul fumbling through words.
They also used to do a TV show, miss that too.

First impressions of the Razer Viper mouse are really good. Build quality is top notch, sides feel good. The buttons are a little different but they are extremely impressive on performance. I really didn't think I would notice a difference but there is no debouncing and no delay at all. It is a shorter in height mouse so I didn't like it for palm but my hands are pretty large and I run claw/fingertip when playing games.
After getting use to the buttons in the front which feel good but different, I was able to beat previous aim trainer scores.
Synapse is still kind of bloated but I'll delete that when I place the onboard stuff onto the mouse and dock.
Response time is about the same as the Logitech Lightspeed. 70 hrs battery is like 30 hours more than the G Pro Wireless.

I just check and Logitech says the g703 is rated at 32 hours too. I definitely have gotten more than 32 hours out of mine. I don't think I've charged it since the new year and I've played more than 32 hours on it

Yeah, I never charge my G703s
They seem to last forever. Esp my newer version one.

How is your home server shaping up Blue?
I haven't seen you post on Reddit Homelab or Datahorder lately

YeeYee, awesome. What fans and cooling solution you putting in?
I'm buying a 3800X or 3900X this weekend. Already ordered the block from PerformancePCs, man their site still blows. I really miss Frozen CPU.
I haven't decided on a MOBO yet. Good God they are all fckking goofy.
Edt: Also the 3800X was on sale and cheaper than the 3700 last week on NewEgg and Amazon.

Are there any decent ITX cases that would fit my 2080 and a full size 1200w PSU? I want to put my PC and my NUC-like PCs in a cabinet under the desk to help keep all the cable clutter in one place
Looks like the thermaltake core x1 might be the only one, but it looks pretty damn big for an itx case

I have a 1200W PSU, they are usually "longer".
I'm not up to date with what cases are out there anymore, but one would think not. It's one reason why Seasonic spear headed efforts for the SFX standard.
I also want to "down size", but I have these huge RADs.

I didn't want to have to go diving in on buying all new parts since I already have an Z370 ITX mobo.
I guess I already have a 450w SFX PSU too I forgot about

AMD big Navi passes certification, sounds like we're going to see it March 5th.
I'm going to guess $700/600/500 for the the 3 new cards. Decent chance at $800 for the top end IMO.

Compete with the 2080 or 2080 ti?
Posted on 2/3/20 at 9:26 am to bluebarracuda
Supposedly 35% faster than 2080ti.
So probably 3080 non ti? Or in between 3080 and ti.
I'm not buying until the new monitors drop though, dumb to buy a 4K card until my 4K monitor releases and that isn't until 2H of this year for the LG 4K 144Hz Mini-LED.

Think I'm going to go with this Lian Li ITX case since it'll be pretty much plug n play with all my current parts.
Probably gonna test my luck and run with my 450w SFX PSU in this build since that's the only SFX PSU I have

Why can't Corning just hurry up with an optical TB3 cable? I want to move my whole setup to the closet and get rid of all the clutter

The Silverstone RVZ02 and ML08B are both passively cooled. With the R5 3600 I was thinking of going with either the low profile Noctua L9i (AM4) version or the Big Shruyken 2.
For the GPU, I was thinking of actually going with a GTX 2070 Super from EVGA.
I've been researching R/SFF for ideas and double checking the Dimensions out of everything to make sure parts all fit.
