One is a lot more hyper than the other. Also, hair.........

I'll be done for awhile after my boxer dies. She is so good though.

Just hard traveling.

I've lived with an 80lb GSD/black lab mix for about 3 years now.

I'm used to the hair and hyperness

Solid prosumer card, beats the 2080 in about half the games tested and then of course murders even the 2080ti in workload applications.

But when AMD just confirmed Navi for October, it's dumb to not wait even if the first Navi cards are going to be mid range Polaris replacements.

I'm actually a bit surprised at just how positive the reviews for the card have been.

The 2080 is a joke card.

Navi better be semi competitive. We need their help as a consumer.

Nah. Brother in law is upgrading. Told him I would ask around. He'll let it go for 100.

Not sure how I'm gonna jump in but I consulted with my friends and this thread when I built my first PC. I made the switch from console and now I'm pissed that I never got into PC gaming from the get-go. Just want to say thanks.

I just posted my steam name in the other thread (CoyGunner42). I will say the switch from a controller to a keyboard is not as easy as I thought and it pisses me off that I'm not as fluid in games that I played on xbox.

Jump in to some heavy kb/m games like fortnite, cs:go, etc to really learn kb/m quickly.

Please dont get into the habit of using the mouse wheel to cycle between weapons. It's a terrible habit and it's a pain in the arse to move (I went through this)

Oops I started that wheel habit already in R6. What would you suggest putting for the scroll instead?

Leave it be but learn to use the numbers instead

I would think it is easier since we use computers daily. We don't use controllers for anything else in daily life.

I play Switch and PS a lot and still look retarded using a controller. KB/M just feels so natural. Esp since we interact with that interface so often.

If it's just 2 weapons, I use E and R. In fortnite, I use ERCXZ. The numbers are just too weird for me to use. I only use the 4 for traps.

For sea of thieves, I just use the scroll wheel as it's a low stress game.

Abilities I usually use the M4 and M5.

I have mouse wheel button down for reload.

Nope, completely different mindset. You have to overcome reflexes and habits from controller. You are going from a unified device for all input to a split device that disconnects movement kb/m.

I play with my keyboard at 45° and it feels completely different than typing.
Also my dpi for gaming is 400 while my work is 1600.

I switched from controller in August of 2018.
