Understand. Why I buy Koreans. They OC pretty well too. I can run at 90 but turn it down to 75.

Also dont need GSync. If you have enough HP, i've always felt fine with a few drops.

What I do want are HDR monitors... badly. Crazy how we still dont have HDR... and yes we do have HDR enabled games. Believe Half-Life 2 has been HDR ready since 2009.

Yeah I was thinking of going even cheaper than that for the time being. And I don't know if I can fit a 32 + a 27 in my workspace.

Rise of the Tomb Raider and RE7 are HDR on PC. There's 1 or 2 more I think.

I'm going to get that to tide me over and get rid of this damn TN panel. VA panel upgrade, curved upgrade, and height adjustment again that I miss so much from the LG.

Oh awesome. Will redownload Tomb Raider.

Yeah fckk a TN. I purchased an ASUS Swift, like 2nd gen. The one which didn't require 2 DP inputs. Well it was TN. Wouldn't even use it and kept using my 1440 Koreans until upgrading last year.

Hey can I stream Rogue One in 4K anywhere online?

They have a small bezel. I have 2x31" CrossOvers and a 55" 4K Vizio on my desk at home. Look for DreamSeller on eBay. Believe I only paid $349/ea. They can range up to $500 at times of low stock. Just keep checking up on his stock.

I want to hang the Vizio somewhere in my computer room but just never done it. Since moving back from Corpus, just put it on the other L shape part of my desk.

Plus we are about to build again. Not really a fan of putting more holes in sheetrock at this point.

Doesn't appear to have a 4K version currently.

LINK

Use that, for the most part if it's available on 4K BR then it is available to stream somewhere. I find the VUDU app to have the most/best 4K movie selections to stream.

Planet Earth 2 just came out, no stream of it yet so I may just grab the 4K BR, it is apparently the best visual 4K HDR content to date.

They are good monitors. What I have noticed is my room staying cooler even with a TV in it. You saw the size of the room, so it gets hot real quick. But I think those CrossOvers require a little extra power, they just seemed to out off heat. Not like a plasma TV but somewhere between LCD and plasma.

Oh wow.

Yeah at work so limited to sites and service sucks on my phone here.

That is insane.

Edt: yeah that is even crazier. Who in BR gives out 1080Tis at work? This isnt an area where that thing is popular. BR is full of rednecks where a city grew around them.

There are quite a few large tech companies here... He could work for one of them

$700 still isn't a bad price though

Gatorworks? I know a lot of companies in the area but they aren't tech companies in the form you say. Mostly bad network solutions and terrible SQL devs.

Edt: sorry, not really the way you stated. Really what I believe tech companies are focused around in tech focused cities/areas.

IBM has a pretty big office in BR, but it wouldn't surprise me if that was a small company who gave away the 1080 Ti. And he did say raffle, perhaps implying they sold tickets. It could easily be some tiny IT consulting startup with a bunch of gamer buddies on staff.

EDIT: Or the guy stole it and feel like he needs a story as to why he's selling a brand new 1080 Ti?
