When 4K 120Hz hits next year hopefully there will be a 30" but I doubt it.

Yeah, whenever we get that without antiglare BS.

The main reason I went Koreans was because of anti glare.

I prefer the light coating, full gloss is too much, the light antiglare is a nice middle ground.

If they made this exact monitor in a 2017 version with 120Hz and/or HDR, I'd pay whatever cost for 27"-30".

Full gloss looks the best by far, but yes it is very difficult to find a good spot to use one with the lights on. I kept my brightness up pretty high for that reason. I like the middle-ground anti-glare like what it is on my Samsung TV.

Also, update on my car: Seems to be a simple fix. Brought the battery to OReilly's and it tested bad. Bought a new one, now the car starts. It's still fricking disgusting so I didn't try to drive it yet. It has mold.

I always play in the dark so glare wouldn't bother me. I did realize today I need to clean my living room tv because of all the finger prints. My daughter thinks it works like an iPad.

Yeah I understand if you can't control the lighting. My gaming room has black out curtains and well positioned ambient lighting.

I just love the pure and clean feeling you get from glossy displays. Reason Macs look so good when they are the same panels as everything else but with good calibration.

Edt: It is harder in the eyes so do prefer a little anti-glare for work displays.

Where can I purchase box of Generations? All they have at the target here are those stupid expensive booster boxes with just 4 packs and a little toy

You can't buy boxes. Best thing to do is buy elite trainer boxes off of the Pokemon center website

Will there be Black Friday deals for parts? Might be trying to build a PC and get what I need for Christmas. Budget will be around 400

Nah, those deals are mostly for other consumer electronics.

Up your budget to $600 and you can get a decent system.

GAHHH this wait for the PS4K is brutal.

I've almost pulled the trigger on a XB1S and the Samsung 4K player about 17 times now.

I want a 4K player for my TV so damn badly, I've held off on watching a good chunk of movies I really want to see just to see them in 4K HDR.

XB1S having one built in for $299 is cheaper than the only standalone player which is $317 on Amazon right now.

But I don't want an Xbox, and will get the new PS4 in October. Makes no sense to buy an XB1S to use the bluray player for 2 months, sell it, and grab a PS4K. Or does it?

Same here.

I want to stream Netflix at 4K but not spending $100 bucks on a 4K Roku. Was in GameStop last night to trade in all my WiiU games for Madden 17 and almost picked up the damn useless XBONES just for 4K video.

Really on a 4K trip lately just because they are just so damn cheap and content looks amazing on them. I'm itching to get some of my favorite movies in 4K. Mainly UHD Blu-Ray Harry Potter collection.

That's a bummer. I've watched pretty much every 4K offering on Netflix at this point and multiple on Amazon Video.

Even watched that new Adam Sandler Netflix original movie because it's in 4K and HDR. Was amazing.

What device are you using? Roku 4K to stream?

Nah, the built in apps are all 4K, probably 20-30 of them total across tons of categories.

Vudu Movies 4K
Netflix 4K
Amazon 4K
Fandango 4K
YouTube 4K
UltraFlix 4K
BBC Sports 4K

Fckk I always forget about those.

Edt: I hate hooking TVs up to my network. I've got issues with having complete control. Do not want more devices sending and receiving shtt out than I already do.

In my apartment away from home, guess I could use the built in apps instead of waiting for a 4K player.

Yeah, the Samsung App store or Smart Hub or w/e they call it is pretty damn large these days and all of the major ones are 4K and run excellent.

The movie streaming options are mostly older movies and limited still though, need a damn 4K BR player already.

Yeah I have 2 Vizio UHDTVs which are both Smart. Not by my choice but you can't purchase a damn decent panel without that shtt these days.

Which movies are you interested in? Not many have been released to date. Most will start launching around Holidays Season 2016.
