Nice, mine came in today as well. Its ugly as sin but I'm not going for pretty .
Unfortunately the 1080 was the first part to come in and it's gonna be this weekend before I can actually use it.

Always buy 2.
A single flagship was never enough to push new releases at whatever resolution was high end for the time.

Thinking about doing this. I will move the 1080 to my HTPC, give my nephew my 390x (he has a 290x) and get a 1080Ti.

Yea seriously. That will be a true upgrade and one should be enough for sort of decent frames in AAA titles @ 4K.
Did you get a new monitor? I might have missed it. Everything is much too high right now and still lack some features I want out of an upgrade.

Same. Have a couple but my Koreans and 1 shtty swift are 4yrs old. I'm ready to not just increase resolution but the newer techs which give you greater color depth.. variable refresh rate.

Its crossed my mind, the main thing that's stopping me is having to get a new monitor. I dont have as much to spend as some people and every time I almost buy a 1440p monitor I always talk myself out of it
