They are real and they are talented! What a Thai woman can do with a tub of soapy water is amazing.

So I think my computer is fried and I need help. I was streaming and I noticed my computer froze up. No big deal, hard reset and now it won't get past the Windows logo and just stays there. I did another hard reset and went into Launch start up repair (recommended) and now it's stuck on a black screen.
Now it won't even boot up anymore. Everything sounds like it's running, but monitors don't get picked up or anything.

Have you tried taking your GPU out and using onboard?

Try using integrated GPU as above poster mentioned.
Are you able to get into your BIOS? Does your board have a debug LED or debug HEX LED indicator?
Another thing I would also try is taking out your memory modules and using just one at a time in single channel mode.

Hey if I get two ssds and one hdd am I gonna need to buy an extra power and sata cable? Do the 850 evo ssds come with cables? To install I need a power and a sata cable for each? Sorry if this is dumb. But each storage has two cables right on to motherboard and one to psu?
My psu comes with 3 sata 3 and my motherboard is msi z170a m5 not sure what comes with that. Just wondering if I need anything extra.
I'm building it Wednesday or Thursday. My friend is letting me borrow his old video card until I buy one of the new ones come out this summer.

Another question what's this that I got the asus ips free sync 144hz monitor mg279q, but the free sync range only goes up to 90? I don't understand this. So if my fps goes passed 90 it doesn't work? Is this any issue?
Posted on 3/27/16 at 3:40 pm to fouldeliverer
Yeah, that's why I went with my Acer, the Asus only goes up to 90Hz with Freesync. Limitation of the early model for them, just how it is.

I guess it depends how often you get over 90fps. Apparently there's a way to edit the drivers to change range:

Jake has a 560 ti I'll plug in till summer. I'll just be playing EU4, CK2 and maybe stellaris till then so i should be fine. On ps4 I have Fallout and Witcher DLC and bloodborne too.

Yes, one cable to PS and other to mboard. I buy my hard drives OEM, so IDK if the retail ones come with cables or not.
Your motherboard should come with a few sata connectors. My MSI board came with 2 90 degree connectors and 2 180 degree connectors.

I'm not sure changing the range will help, it's a limitation of the monitor itself not the drivers.

My god, the comments.

60Hz minimum range seems really really high, but I don't know what hardware you have. I think normal freesync monitor range is 30-40Hz minimum. But as long as your hardware can consistently keep you above that minimum, go for it, it would be worth it.

What about the comments? Just the fanboy or hate fest?
I'm gonna get new AMD released this summer (assuming its a good one with hbm) like i guess it would be 490x?

Yeah, typical ignorance I guess, which is just a synonym for fanboyism when people incorporate it into what would otherwise be reasonable technical arguments. Pretty standard in WCC articles actually. I think fanboyism is harmful.

Don't know what AMD is going to do with regular HBM going forward, but I'm assuming that they'll stick with the "Fury" name for their flagships for a little while.
