I had a 690 which is basically 2x680/770s and it run everything fine, but fckk 2GB of VRAM. In a game like FO4, especially with mods you will need everything turned down.
You need a new card brother with more VRAM.

I would take another 770 but they are expensive enough that I would just assume get a 970.

No don't get a 2nd 770. You are already limited by VRAM and it will only get worse. Go for a single 970/980 as an upgrade path.

preorder the pysical pc version from Amazon. It gets you int he beta and you can cancel it afterwards.

Good idea, they won't charge my card until the game ships and you just cancel before then.

Amazon seems to be the only company that understands they shouldn't charge you for a preorder and you should be able to cancel it

I did it with the PS4 version. I'm signed up for the beta but Ubisoft hasn't send me a code yet.

Something like that with oculus rift/Vive would be amazing. Would probably be better if the range of motion was a little smaller though.

Yeah, he's on a race track but the thing is moving like he's in a tie fighter. I'm guessing the motion has to be exaggerated to simulate the G force.
