Madden is horrible with how the shoulder pads look and it's always bothered me.

Lol I actually went to my parents about a month ago and brought my old PS2 back along with a ton of games like NCAA 06 & 07. Even bought an adapter to be able to do HDMI on a new TV with it, but I don’t have a controller for it. Think I may pass on this though.

BordeauxCFB talked to Matt Brown. He's a guy that has a source within EA and BordeauxCFB asked him around 30 questions about next year's game. if you want to see the interview, click the link. the big things i took from it are this:
- rosters will not be editable/shareable (MODs will work around this i'm sure)
- every player's name will be in the game
- previous gen (PS4/XBONE/PC) have not been confirmed.
- will NOT be a madden reskin
- road to glory isn't confirmed

FML. Ultimate Team is going to be in the game.
So what I think will happen is they will do UT like Madden, make a barebones Dynasty and RTG mode (I’m talking 2007 Xbox 360 bare) and not improve it at all year to year. Then after 2-3 years of the game not selling as well as they want, they will cancel the series. All because they want to work on bullshite Ultimate Team instead of the game modes players actually care about.

i want to say that ncaa 14 had an ultimate team mode. i don't recall what it was about because i never used it, though.
i've been watching some youtube videos lately, and found this guy score a TD in every game since '98. man, how did we ever play games on the PS1?
that first PS2 version had some insane animations compared to the PS1 days.

That first ps1 game looked like a Sega Genesis game. Actually I think the football games on Genesis looked better lol.
Also, those PS2 games in the late 00's were the greatest. They definitely put more love into the presentation of those.

That was the beauty of editable rosters. People that knew more about the individual teams could edit the roster and upload it to the cloud. Within 2 weeks you have all teams done.
No way EA gets it right.

According the the video, editable/shareable rosters aren’t enough to avoid an NIL lawsuit.
