Got a win with Hu tonight. One thing I’ve noticed with the wins or very close losses is this:
1) Knowing where you’re gonna rotate before you actually rotate is key. Never sit in one place for more than a minute or two.
There was a time we were all in the same room on the second floor with a team rushing into us. We could’ve easily been wiped, but we all handled business.
2) Know your surroundings. This can help you rotate when preplanning your routes.
We were stuck in a hill north of TV station with the road that passes through the hill we were on and the hill across the road just south of us. We were getting shot from the roof of TV station and Hu spots a Bertha at the base of the hill. He uses it to provide cover for the rest of us to get between the hills in the street to reposition.
This was the clutch play that saved us and almost ended us. They blew up the truck knocking myself and Hu. Luckily, I was safe with a self revive and was able to res Hu. We get back up on the hill and wipe out the remaining 10 people.
3) Comms. You have to be able to effectively/precisely tell you’re team your spots. And ping it immediately.
“Guy here.” :ping:
“Team there.” :ping:
4) Hit your shots. If you’re gonna shoot. Make it count. There were so many times Hu and Rosa were just sniping constantly and it made me cringe because, based on my own experience sniping, I could just see them taking one to the dome. But they prevailed time and time again.
5) Money. Make sure you keep it rolling in. Take up any contract you can come across. Buy plates, UAV and self revive. And your load out if you get the opportunity.
6) Keep your head on a swivel. If you between the safe zone and gas on the fat side. You better look over your shoulder. More than likely, a team is just over the hill from your backside getting pushed in.

I get so damned frustrated when I have a teammate refusing to put in on a load out and just want to wait on the free one only to be ambushed a squad full of elite weaponry while I’m basically lugging around a giant floppy dildo.

The giant truck with a trophy system on the hood that ran me and my squad over with three teams to go is the closet I've been to snapping a controller in half

Random question - When you get bought back into warzone
by a teammate...what determines how much money you start back with? I've seen it start at $500 and other times at $1,200ish.

believe its based on how much money you died with. Most end up as loot but a small percentage stays with you.

Sniping for me is only for counter sniping to get them off so the team can move, picking at range, and initial shots if they don't know I'm looking. I never sit still for more than 1-2 seconds before moving. If we are already engaged I don't typically pull out the sniper.

I’m switching between blood money and multiplayer playing dirty old houseboat.
For multiplayer I’ve decided to run riot shield, combat
Knife, throwing knife
I’m actually going positive lol

I've been seeing a lot more people running riot shields in BR than usual. One C4 in front of them and one behind will end that shite quick.

Mine basically just makes it harder to kill me from the back. I don’t really use it in this class.
I have noticed more using them in br/bloooney.
I stick them and that is done

Does one the new characters have a hatchet? I was playing earlier and it kept looking like there was a tomahawk or something being left on the ground.

Your knife can be made a tomahawk with a blueprint

I’m have to grind to that blue print. I managed to get the gold camo for the knife

One patch I'd like to see them make is to add a "cancel armor plate" action.
If I can stop reloading by changing weapons, or pressing any other button really, I should be able to cancel putting a plate on when I hear footsteps coming around the gosh darn corner!
Biggest rage instigators:
1. Losing track of gas and dying from it
2. killed while putting plates on
3. killed because my guy can't hop over a 2 foot rock
4. DYING FROM ANYTHING

Holy shite this.
And it pisses me off that their is no way to bind specific guns to 1 and 2.
Got stuck in like an auto-plating bug or something and the only way for me to stop plating was press 1, but then it switched to my sniper when a guy was right next to me. Just let me put my MP7/M4 as 1 and my sniper as 2 so I can manually choose which gun I want
