I've been using about 4 different places. They hadn't restocked yet. I'm sure it's just a matter of time. So I'm looking at the elder scrolls wiki about the differences between dragon and daedric armor. They say daedric is the best but the numbers on they have on there show dragon being better.

I just beat the main story line. It was fairly quick, but that last area was flipping awesome.

So I'm still relatively low lvl.

Travel to college of winterhold figuring if I wanna be a mage I need to learn.

Travel to the top, need key.

Random dragon attack! (I'm only lvl 4?)

We slay the dragon. I accidently set a guard on fire. They kill me... Restart.

I travel back, find the right npc, gain entrance into the college and have begun mage training

No dragons this time... I love how everything unscripted...but intuitive. I knew I needed to grow mage power,s so the quest on my log to visit a college seemed worthwhile...learned new spells, got new gear etc

All with breathtaking graphics. When I reached the top of the college and had no key, that's when the drago0n struck. The college is up high, secluded by a bridge, in a blizzard. The dragon cuttin thru the snow, against the mountains, with the nearby keep fighting back... Glorious

Oblivion now $4.99 on Steam, GOTY edition $6.24 and worth it for the DLC if you decide to try it. If you have played Skyrim you probably wont like it. I have almost 200 hours in the game though.

- Last night a giant hit me ~200 ft into the air with is club like I was a frickin golf ball

- I've played lots of RPGs, but I've never been so obsessed with pickpocketing people, especially rich, snotty guys.

-Some dumb woman lives by herself in the woods in a lumbermill and the first thing I think about is that there are no witnesses. This game is turning me evil

Sad I couldn't end the Civil War in an instant. I was talking to that Ulfrich Stormcloak fellow when it hit me that I could just chop his head off and claim victory. The game wouldn't let me kill him.

Frickin this! I'm fairly certain I didn't kill more than 5 enemies all last night.. I just ran around pickpocketing/enchanting/buying ore/transmuting/smithing/enchanting again etc..

I started at 21 and ended at 28 purely on those ^ skillups..

How do I get my speech leveled quicker? I really want that fencing perk (sell stolen goods)

Always persuade or intimidate when you can. I think there are some khajit caravans that have speech trainers too. When you're leaving a dungeon, fill up your inventory with the light, worthless shite and sell it back one at a time. Skills aren't weighted on difficulty. I crafted leather helmets, Bracers, and iron daggers all the way to 100 for smithing.

I'm assuming that if you join the thieves guild, they'll buy stolen stuff from ya. I guess you'd have to travel there all the time though.

Ha! I had the same exact night. Spent 20 minutes getting transmute, then must have leveled up 7-8 times. Alteration, smithing, speech, enchantment all blew up.

Put a soul trap spell on a very nice bow and filled a shite ton of soul gems, and used those to enchant gold necklaces that started as iron ore. PROFIT!!!!

It's painful to break all thoses enchanted items (instead of selling them), but really gets to be worth it later. Some of the more powerful enchantment, even on cheap weapons, sell for alot.

This game really is

2 questions:

I have a shite ton of arrows that I barely use, I always pick them up off dead bodies since they have 0 weight. If I try to sell them, the value is 0, can I still get speech skillups if I sell them one at a time?

When you kill everyone in a cave or dungeon, on the map it marks it "cleared." Does it go back to normal later with new bandits and treasure or do they always stay cleared?
