Which one did you download? There are 2 that are really good. Then there are a lot of mods that replace specific items, areas, etc.

So I'm trying to get married and I've got my amulet of mara on. The only problem is that only guys are interested in me. I've looked it up and completed the tasks for a good bit of the women. Nothing. This came as a surprise for me.

Does anybody have a clue when the DLC will come out? The game was awesome, but it has gotten pretty repetitive doing the same things over and over.

From the what I understand it will be a while, but when it comes out it's supposed to be substantial, but right now they are still in debug mode, imo.

Any good random missions? I have I think all the guilds done and just wondering if there are some fun interesting ones. Holding off on the main story line.

There is a bard's college quest I believe and you can try to get all eight dragon priest masks

I'm sure you could steal it or kill the guy hah. You get a 9th mask if you collect all 8 and put on the wooden mask. It wasn't anything special though so you wouldn't be missing out imo

The 9th mask looks ridiculous, and the power it grants is beyond useless since you have to be nearly dead to have a chance at using it.

the female blacksmith in whiterun is gone. haven't killed any dragons while in town so i have no idea what happened. I asked her husband inside the house a question and he said something like, "well ever since ____ died i work all the time" or something like that.This game is baffling at times as i have no idea how she was killed and can't find a body.
Also, someone thinks i stole from Moira so i keep having hired thugs attack me right outside towns. they have letters from Moira to kill me.

weird. I wonder why she died. I use her blacksmith stuff when I'm leveling up my smithing. do you need her for a particular mission?
I killed a blood dragon yesterday and it didn't give me it's soul, which sucks because i need those to use the shouts i've gathered. I have like 8 shouts and can only use two because I don't have enough souls

i have no idea why she's dead. it really is odd.
don't need her she's just the most convenient BS in the game because she's got the smelter too and she's right where you zone in. she usually has a decent amount of gold so you can sell to her too. her husband won't take some types of weapons i've noticed so eff him.

i had some serious glitch problems on my 360 earlier this week.
first, i had a random quest to kills a giant then collect a bounty. when i killed the two giants in that area, the "collect your bounty" prompt never loaded.
then, i was doing the quest to find the pieces of mehrunes razor. one of the locations brings you to the top of a castle where there's a witch with the quest item. however, when i got to the top where the witch was supposed to be, she just wasnt there. i looked all over and never found her. i watched a bunch of youtube vidoes and all of them showed her being there. i had to go back a few saves and re-load before i got to the tower, and it ended up working.
point being, save often -- if you hit a glitch, try re-loading before it occurred.
tonight, i want to knock out the "book of love" quest b/c i've read a few people saying it's a fun one. hopefully the romantic nature will help me convince my girlfriend to put up with me playing tonight.

It does allow you to summon a dragon priest right?

i typically start at my house in whiterun, walk across skyrim to quest locations and then fast travel back to where the quest ends.
if you start roaming skyrim and avoiding fast travel, you'll find plenty of dragons quickly. they'll swoop down on you while you're roaming -- i killed two the last time i played this week.

There is a chance that you will regain health and have a flame cloak if your health is low, and there is an even smaller chance that a dragon priest will be summoned instead.
