I was fortunate enough to summon a flame atronach to absorb all their fire spells until they ran out of magicka, then I ran in and took care of business.

I fricked Krosis up so hard that bitch didn't know what hit him. I've got full daedric armor that's improved as fricked. 290 just from the body piece alone. Armor rating of 685, Also enchanted gloves and boots to add to my one handed, I'm swinging a daedric war axe that does 165 a swipe plus 30 fire damage.

I was fighting him with my flames that do 10 damage per second, wearing arch mage robes, and using the staff of magnus.

Lately I have been coming across random guards from different cities and I have warrants out for my arrest and it's always for little things. Like 40 bucks or less. I don't break many crimes and I don't remember breaking any laws in the city it happened to me last in(dawnstar).When I do break laws I usually kill all the witnesses and the bounty is erased...

One time a mud crab was a witness to my crime. True story. I was doing one of the very first Dark Brotherhood missions and a bounty was added for me killing someone despite there being no witnesses. I killed a mud crab and the "last witness eliminated" or whatever the message says showed up.

Turn wearwolf in the cities, instant 1k bounty, make sure someone sees you do it, after you do it run away to lose the attackers. make sure you have the gold to clear the bounties after.

My armor rating is 660 and my daedric mace has a base damage of 261 with 35 points of fire damage and 27 points of absorb health per hit. I guess ill be OK when I fight him.

What is the best way to get my speech up?
The glich in Riften doesn't work anymore. I have a shitload of awesome potions and items but I can only sell them for beans.

You can load up on a bunch of low value items like goblets, plates, etc and then sell them 1 at a time
Will be tedious and not pay well but it will build your speech
