Goes into detail about that stuff. FPS is locked at 30. Pretty sure R* has never made a game at 60.

Same, yes 4K (it's really just double 1080p btw, 4k is actually 2160p not 4000p) is great and looks better, but it's not like the jump from standard 480 to the HD 1080p era jump.
You can see a difference but it's minor IMO

I don't have an eye for that kind of stuff so it's going to look good to me no matter what.
Been watching RDR on youtube to refresh on the story of JM. This will look way better than that and that is all that matters.
