To confirm what others have said:
No more XP for "nice" throws
Curveballs curve faster and harder but it gives you credit for a 10XP curveball a lot more consistently than before.
The Pokeball was revised to have a little more texture.
I'm holding out hope that they will still give us a tracker and just took away the 3 steps for now since they were worthless. I'm not counting on it though.

The game has gotten shady the last 3 or 4 days.
Damn 16cp rats jumping right out of normal balls on the reg. You look up and you've blown four or five balls on some weak shite you were only trying to catch for the 100 stardust.
Pokestops got real stingy with the great balls all of the sudden, too.
I hit 6 pokestops yesterday while running errands and got one great ball.

Me park run pre update last night was terrible.
24 pidgeys
16 rats
8 venonats
4 evees
5 weedles
A couple oddishes
A 500+ gloom (I have 500+ oddishes and a 800+ gloom)

Some caterpries
