Hm, I was on a little while ago with no problems. Well, we know how the servers go. Frankly, they should start doing daily rewards to make up for the tons of balls, lures, and lucky eggs people have wasted when the servers go to schit.

It seems that their servers have been much better for me lately. I haven't had a single freeze in the middle of a capture in a few days or so.

Which one should I evolve?
The 441 is seed bomb
The 439 is seed bomb as well
And the 412 is power whip
I don't get the IV shite. I'm thinking 412 as it weighs more and has the power whip

1097 Golduck just spawned next to my desk at work and I got him! Highest CP I've caught yet and I didn't have a Golduck. I fist pumped in the middle of my pod.

I don't know much about optimizing your evolutions, but I do know that the moves change randomly and the height and weights don't mean anything.

the 412 one 26.7% - 64.4%.. by far the winner
since you are near a bulbasaur nest you should wait for a 90% Iv one.
to make this as simple as possible to understand... notice how the 412 one has the same HP as the 441 and the 439.. that means he is LOWER LEVELED (dust cost is lower) but has the SAME HP due to a HIGH IV for STA
