Yeah I think even if you generally root for a different team, you don't want to see NA lose to Vietnam.
In other news, my butthole clenched super hard when Sven flashed into that dragon pit.
Also Wildturtle needs to find his way to the bench. Liftlift plz

Yeah Sven missed a ton of Lee Sin Qs. Lira would be a dream replacement.

TSM TSM TSM
Sven still feeding first bloods and wild turtle still getting caught way out of position
It was starting to look like bjerg and 4 wards but at least hauntzer started going off down the stretch.
Was I the only one creeped out every time the camera was on Optimus? He never moved his head, neck or any part of his face except his eyes
Oh and Sven dragon steak was the miracle play.
I actually think games 4 and 5 might have been the best TSM has played all season. It took a team that could consistently out-teamfight them to force them to play league of legends instead of team death match.

I'm not worried. We know what TSM's shortcomings are and they are getting fixed after this tournament. That being said, I think Gigabyte deserves a lot of credit that people aren't going to give them because they'll be too busy shitting on TSM. Wouldn't surprise me at all to see them qualify this weekend.

Seems like they cheesed ziggs bot and once it was banned they lost their edge.
I dont remember if khazix was banned in 3-5 but it wouldnt surprise me.
Kha was my first jungler and he is so much fun. Leap reset on kill with upgraded leap was crazy

Hauntzer almost out damaged the entire Gigabyte squad by himself in game 3. After playing really disrespectful in games 1/2, he pretty much dumpstered top.

Parth won imo. Hauntzer was shut down until they forced marines top lamer off gragas. Same with turtle and zigg. Bjergsen was consistent all series though

I slightly shite a brick when they gave away Gragas in game 5. I know Renekton theoretically counters him, but Hauntzer wrecked Renekton with Gragas. Then they flexed it to support (I assume because they thought it was counterpicked) and left Stark on a Rumble he clearly can't play well.
I think banning out their cheese ADCs was a big adaptation.

Reasons why Naut did more damage to champs that Caitlyn:
- Lane phase:
- In bottom lane, the laning phase consisted mostly of just farming with minimal trading. When trading occurred, it was mostly Nami and Karma applying poke, with Ashe and Cait occasionally engaging also.
- In top lane, Nautilus and Gragas traded with each other much more.
- Skirmising and teamfights:
-Nautilus W and E both do AOE damage.
-Nautilus was engaged in fighting much more than Caitlyn. Why was this? Everytime there was a fight in the game Fizz immediately targeted Caitlyn. Meanwhile, Lee and Naut primarily engaged onto GAM memebers. Leaving only Karma, to protect Caitlyn from Fizz.
1. Caitlyn death inbetween tier 1 and 2 mid towers.
2. TSM chased GAM from TSM base up top lane. Fizz came from fog and targeted Caitlyn followed by a Graves ult.
3. Lee kicked Fizz toward Caitlyn in River by dragon. Caitlyn should have retreated back to TSM, but may have been blocked by Nami.
4. When GAM won the teamfight near the end and pushed to TSM nexus, Gragas and Graves pulled off damage to the Nexus tower to engage on Caitlyn, killing her. Meanwhile Lee and Naut where fighting with Fizz, Ashe and Nami, killing them.
- All of these events ended with some type of fight in which Caitlyn was not involved.
- During siege:
- Caitlyn primarily focused on damage to structures, while the rest of TSM applied poke and skirmished with GAM. As TSM push GAMs base with Baron, Caitlyn did the damage to the structures while doing none to champs.
You could say Turtle was in some bad positions and that’s true. But he was being used to siege and take towers. His damage was a lower percentage of the teams than Ashe, but not much less. Ashe also has AOE poke that was used in lane. If you include all champions, Ashe only did more damage than Nami and Caitlyn, with support Karma doing more than Ashe.

that was way more analysis than I expected as a reply to my drunken shitpost, but thanks

Got to SI last night.. The climb to gold has hit it's final stop!
If I can get to GV I'm done with ranked.. strictly norms.

Hunch was right. TSM isn't terrible. Gigabyte is just legit. They qualify over SuperMassive 3-1 including two sub 25 minute stomps.

I'm with you my brother. Been in S1-S2 for quite some time now but I'll probably retire if and when I ever reach gold.

Most boring league weekend ever. Whoever scheduled this mess really blew it.
