Kindred had an exactly 50% winrate and they nerf her. I swear the balancing team just flips coins on nerfs/buffs.

moobeat removed the varus E nerf from his post.
it was only a reduction of 10% from the healing reduction his E provides. 50% -> 40%
Ive been playing a lot of varus lately. lot of fun. really strong if you can prock 3 stacks of Blight.

W - Bio-Arcane Barrage
REMOVEDATTACK DAMAGE RATIO No longer deals 1.25% per 100 attack damage of the target's maximum health as magic damage
NEWFLAT DAMAGE Now deals 2% of the target's maximum health as magic damage
That seems pretty significant?
Not complaining I like Kog and he is in a very bad spot right now, same with Ashe who also got her Q nicely buffed.
Also glad MF got nerfed hard as frick, much needed, way too OP.

Yeah they removed some late game dmg and put it early game.
The random jinx buff too.
I agree MF was mad OP. She was fine before the preseason and just got buffed out of control.
And I played a lot of MF. Rank 4 mastery.
