Blitz is a really fun support.
Most of the time, just walking forward is enough make people back up or adjust what they are doing.
I love turning on my W and chasing them down, then hitting E. They are just waiting for your pull. Then they flash out of the E, that's when you hit em with the pull you never used.
Word of caution: If you land your Q on Ez and he E's, he will get away. Seems like bull shite to me quite honestly.

Just hearing that W fire up is enough to zone a carry 
Still scares me. I've gotten decent at avoiding him in lane ( or ive just played bads) via minion block and graves /lucian E. Teamfights tho if I hear that pesky steam golem I will reposition with the quickness

Blitz has always been a decent pick.
The only problem is if you don't hook people, you're next to useless
Blitz will be good to learn, with ignite, he is the hardest Sona counter
