Licorice was going to Golden Guardians but GG had to pull out due to budget. Ongoing theme was the non-big 3 teams and covid budgets.

Closer and FBI are going to 100T per Travis from multiple sources, and he thinks there is a good chance huhi as well.

That post in itself would be a spicy off season, much less anything else that's already happened. 
I just don't understand why teams don't want to hold on to their good players. I get if players are FA and what not.. but it seems like as soon as a player gets hyped they jump from their team. Why wouldn't GG want to build around Closer and FBI?
Really seems like TSM will sign either Licorice or Impact
(unless I missed an Impact rumor somewhere). Rumors throwing Ignar to TSM (don't want) or big support signing.
I just don't see Perkz going to 100T but maybe it could happen. C9 is just too big of a LoL brand for Perkz to pass up.
Wolf just broke Yomato to FNC as head coach. He says he's unsure of Mithy but could possibly go to C9 as assistant if Perkz goes.

Oh I agree, it's a head scratcher. It more than likely comes down to TSM not wanting to spend the money for either Impact or Licorice
