Travis: Sources say Riot is getting rid of the spring split and moving to a single long season. Spring tournament with likely top 6 teams qualify for, winner goes to MSI. More games overall, each team plays everyone 5 times. Kickoff tournament to start the season.

I've been playing Wild Rift the last few days. It took a little getting use to, but the controls are ok. Game last about 15-25 minutes.

It feels like about 30% of my games have been one sided stomps with a quick surrender.

Other games seem very close, and you can throw at any time with how long the death timers quickly get.

Damage is way more optimal than tanking.

Dragons are kinda important, but Baron is very important and if you aren't too far behind can almost guarantee a win.

Travis: 90% sure based on my 2 sources Perkz is going to Cloud9. 2M buyout, 2M per year.

TSM is reportedly struggling to get imports, IMT coach says they've burnt a lot of bridges.

I would say it's mostly true, not really new news that TSM has burned a lot of bridges last couple of years.

C9 Perkz is gonna be litty. Especially if he falters he was not very good mid in Spring.

I know what has happened the last few years and what a coach just said. Not damage control common sense shite.

Idk how TSM hasn't fired that Leena chick by now, org can't get out of their own way. Anywhere else she was fired 6 months ago. Trying to blame TSM not getting imports on COVID and VISA issues when Riot is working directly with Government so visa's are a non issue.

Do you know who veteran is?

Not to mention the IMT guy has blocked Leena, Captain Flowers, Azael and Shakarez.

The holdup remains Perkz’s buyout, which G2 have told several teams is just shy of $5 million, according to sources.

If Cloud9 and G2 can come to terms, Perkz would reunite with Zven, his former teammate. The duo won three EU LCS titles from 2016-17.

Travis said they close around 2M, but still that is an insane buyout. And 2M+ per year as well.

Well he just added the fuel.

I'm talking about Leena blaming TSM's import struggles on covid/visa issues when we know that is not the case. She really needs to stay off DL's stream, or just be fired if TSM has any clue how to run.

Leena never blamed TSM's import struggles on anything.

Jacob Wolf reporting this morning that Perkz buyout is closer to 5m rather than 2m. Wow...

He's a good player... but 5m buyout + salary is a lot in pro league of legends. I was in the "TSM needs Perkz" camp but if that's the number I think I'll pass. That's a lot for someone on the back half of their career. If he was a FA and you're looking at just salary that's one thing..

It would be uncharacteristic for C9 to throw that kind of money IMO. They are known to develop, not buy. They may be looking for that brand superstar though, so who knows.

Normally I'd say youre right but after C9s historic collapse last season I can see Jack opening his wallet to course correct. I think C9 uses Licorice's buyout to help mitigate some of the cost of Perkz's buyout. They're also probably saving some money with the coaching change, I'm sure Reapered was the highest paid coach in the league.

Reports are PoE to TSM. Really not that bad if true. PoE was a really solid player last split.
