Great stomp by TL. Still inconsistent but getting a lot better.

This is 100% back. Do it. It's freelo. Build AP though.
Really?
I might have to play a few games.

Rammus, xin, or jax jungle viable again?
Any of them get reworked?

Might have to play late at night or early morning.

What's this?

Dragon's are now random until the third dragon. Once that Dragon spawns, every dragon afterward until Elder will be that featured dragon with that element and getting 4 dragons completes the soul. Each element has its own strong soul perk to the players that persists the rest of the game and through death.

Infernal Soul gives an aoe "fire" effect on their abilities on a short cooldown.

Ocean gives you health regen I believe.

Wind Drake gives movement speed upon using your ultimate.

Mountain Drake gives you a passive shield.

A lot of win conditions are based on those dragon souls. Getting four drakes increases your chance to win games, more so in pro scene.

Most pros are either trying to game planning around getting the soul, or snowballing the game out of control before the soul matters.

When you see early game comps, that's what they're doing. If they can't get a large gold lead in the game before the other team scales or gets the soul, they can't (or most likely won't) win.

I bet they wanted to get the game out of lane phase alot quicker for viewing audiences, because team fights are more fun.

The 8 minute bot lane Herald swap is a pretty big staple in the LCS right now. Getting teams fighting over that objective and breaking the game open.

I hate being af jungle or when someone asks me to switch with them.

It's the most toxic role to play as, and it's not even close. When players are playing bad it's always the jungler's fault, and they either really believe that or just want to flame. It's sad really.

There's always a chance your jungler really isn't playing well, but the majority of the time the jungler flame isn't warranted.

I got af in one of my ranked games last week or so, and got jungle. I made sure to let my team know I was af. Midway into the game I started getting flamed because I wasn't jungling properly and other jungler was ganking. I mean I understand I'm getting out-jungled.

Smothering a team to death with no kills. Or turtling for 40 minutes until the lead doesn't matter is terrible for viewing. Driving more exciting team fights. Or giving the team with the advantage more tools to close games out has been the trend for the last 3-4 years.

It's just not the game that I played and liked.
Not saying it's better or worse. Just makes it harder and harder for me to want to watch because i don't recognize the champs or strategies anymore.

Just mute all as jungler every game.

No one will ever tell you anything good and the mini map has all the info you need except for summoner spell cds

I remember when they started just mixing random champions bot lane instead of the standard DPS/Support meta.

I didn't enjoy league then.

I took a loooooooong break during that time period. What an awful "meta".

Might get similarly bad with Riot trying to make champs like Zed, Garen, and Talon junglers.

I really wasn't a fan either.

I don't want any extra opportunity to have Garen in my games.

I can see Talon being a fun jungler with interesting ganks.. but Garen? GTFO

I mean, I feel jungle has always had some of the most versatility when it comes to champions. Top as well. (Although to be fair, I don't play jungle that often anymore)

Bot having any other setup besides DPS/Support just feels wrong.

They have the gap closing abilities, but nothing on the CC side, which I'd prefer dealing with over heavy CC junglers.

Also eliminates a tank for the enemy team's lineup. (Well, minus Garen)

Agreed. Jungler having hard CC is so helpful.
When you rely on the laners having CC, you are usually having to sacrifice something.
either securing kills, taking ideal champs, etc.

That's why I'll always favor Elise. Not having to rely on laners to make a lane gankable is so nice.

Not having to rely on anyone on your team for anything would be ideal

Doublelift out this week due to having laryngitis.

I saw him not shaking hands with fans and other team after their win on Monday.

A lot of players have gotten sick this year. Kinda crazy.

Or are you a DL fan?
