My only complaint is that once you go in, you're rarely getting out due to the nature of how squishy the build is. But getting to the backline and blowing up either one or both of the ADC/midlaner is automatic. I've been trying to come up with ways to add a bit more survivability to the end of the build even though most metrics are saying to just go straight damage. Zhonyas helps but I feel like I need more bulk. I don't like not being able to survive through potential cc in teamfights. I've been considering a 4th or 5th item Warmogs since dragons give you armor/MR.

I've been trying my best to keep up with watching NA matches, but the time difference is a killer.
Also, I've found that JP server are mostly comprised of Americans, Vietnamese, and Chinese players.

All of the teams hovering towards the middle "top" of the standings have looked good and bad. Very inconsistent.
I understand TL changed their jungler but it's really mind blowing how bad they look. From draft to execution.. They have a lot of time to work things out but I didn't expect them to look like this regardless of their jungler.

It doesn't. I still would want my team to look decent or at least look like they are getting better.
I do like how the best teams will go to worlds at the end of next split instead of having points come from this split.

Makes it more of a macro game. I've grown to really like the Soul aspect. If you play around the objectives you get rewarded in the end for it with the powerful dragon soul.
It makes top lane less important though, which I hope they can find a way to fix.

Junglers even more important. Mid roaming/assassin champs even more in vogue.
I guess it's fun for those two roles. But it forces top to take teleport or become a turret buster.
ADC/Support champs have to be able to deal with the extra pressure.
I bet they wanted to get the game out of lane phase alot quicker for viewing audiences, because team fights are more fun.

I used to think junglers were a bunch of whiney bitches before I picked up the role this season. Now I understand what it's like to truly hate someone. Start of the game I warn my Illaoi to watch the level 2 J4 gank topside as I was starting on the opposite side of the map. Illaoi of course dies to the level 2 gank, immediately TPs back before J4 has even left vision and gets reganked. Proceeds to bitch about "jngl diff" all game. There's also a special place in hell for midlaners that have prio and don't rotate to help contest scuttles.
I'm almost at the point where I'm just gonna lock in Yi, farm for 30 minutes and say to hell with the rest of my team.

But then, I always preferred farming/ counter jungling champs versus the gank heavy ones. You never know what kind of shitty players you were going to get on your team. So, the idea of trying to get them ahead and relying on them to carry seemed so stupid.
When the jungle got nerfed, I started going bot lane to at least prevent that lane from inting and hoping the other 3 people on the team wouldn't be idiots.
Seems like they've nerfed jungle xp to almost force macro play and ganks.
It's such a different game now.

The Jungle XP was actually a lot worse a couple of patches ago. You had to literally gank 24/7 to stay relevant and if you got behind you were screwed. Even if you were popping off you would still be 3-4 levels down on your mid and top. They biffed Jungle XP slightly so it's not as bad now but yea you still feel it pretty bad.
