So, once you hit level 30, cargobobs stop spawning everywhere. Only froggers are spawning for me now, and there aren't any at the military base from what I can see. There goes my tank heist.

I noticed that there are titans at sandy shores airfield instead of cargobobs as well.

This will actually work with any car. Another trick I saw in a youtube video is where you pull any vehicle into Michael's garage at his house. As he is getting out of the vehicle, switch to another character. As soon as the new character is loaded, immediately switch back to Michael. He will usually be standing outside his garage. Go into the garage and there will be a second identical vehicle sitting on top of the one you pulled into the garage. Rinse and repeat as necessary. One guy said he did that with the jeeps and now has four of them in his second garage in four different colors.

I followed the checklist, but didnt invest in AUG or Betta Pharm because I didnt find it until after I was finished with the main story

You're good. I fricked up my billionaire objective but it doesn't matter much since I just wanted enough money to buy every property.
Since my character got deleted, I was a low rank last night when I tried to go into my friend's apartment but it wouldn't let me. Do you have to be a certain rank to get in?

Dump all your money into AUG. Keep buying as much as you can until you beat the game. After the credits roll, AUG jumps up ~100%. Then sell all your shares. Then finish the Lester missions.

Riding the Pisswater train but may bow out once it hits 50. Put about $30 mil in from all 3 when it was at 21.04, and it's up to 47.61.
I'm just scared with how it's rising, R* would pull a dick move and have it plummet during the day while everyone is at work.

Post it on here if you can. Poor Lew got quickly upset with this game after finally getting online only to come to the realization his character looked like a cracked out Sinead O'Connor.
