CF gets a lot of hate by traditional gym goers because it appears to preach quantity over quality. I've seen many videos of people doing tons of incorrect pull-ups, push-ups, ect.

This is tough. Both are going against top 3 defenses. I'd say you're fricked either way. Something to consider though is that Crabtree is healthy now. I would expect him to take a bunch of targets away from Bolden. Also, Seattle is somewhat susceptible to the run and that's what She does best. ...

I think Burleson having no catches last week was an anomaly. I think he'll do better this week.
I don't know much about NE's WRs this year, but I would assume that Dola is the #1 there. That will get him some Haden attention. Last I checked, Haden has only given up 1 TD this season.

League rules should not be changed mid-season. Talk to your league mates and cry foul together. Demand for it to be changed back. If the commish doesn't comply then get your money back and walk away. If he does set it back, continue on and vote on a new commissioner next year. ...
