I picked up a combat shotgun that does 25 points of bleeding damage. I put one or two shots into most enemies and they bleed out on their own, it's kind of OP

What's the strongest you've gotten the 10mm up to? I think I'm at a 43 or 47. I run through ghouls with that thing. I wish you could grab those mannequins and display your armor set ups like in Skyrim.

I have it maxed out I think. 57 or so damage. I can't remember.

im pretty sure i have one in the 70s. its called a Violent 10mm (25% extra damage) and i put every single one of the top upgrades on it

My old trusty 10mm was getting weak.
I then got the double shot drop from a legendary and that thing now rocks again.

But my .308 is just sick. I want a legendary version of it so bad.

The Black Ops shingaurd is Legit.
10% movement speed.
Then the Champions left arm. +1 str. And +1 end.
Then a chest piece with +2 luck.

Has it ever been confirmed if you do encounter more lengendary enemies on harder difficulties?

Yeah I think so. I was just wondering if anyone has noticed a difference. I started a new game on hard, but haven't gotten far enough to notice.

You can change the difficulty on the fly and it makes the difference. Plus more legendary enemies means more xp which means quicker leveling

I know you can change anytime, I just didn't like my character build that much.

I really hope settlement attackers don't level or scale with the defenses.
I've had a few crash to desktop moments. I was just flying with Danse to the mothership thing and crash.
I stopped picking up most weapons a while back and just picked up junk...now I'm out of steel!
I now have about 15 settlements with def 100 or better.
Sanctuary is at 250.
Has anyone figured out what increases / decreases happiness? Any happiness guides?

The stores definitely increase happiness and provide caps.
