I have a nice collection of mods. My games crashes every hour or so though. Pretty annoying. I guess I have to work on my load order, but that's so tedious on console especially since when you update a mod, it gets sent to the bottom of the load order.. Hopefully LOOT comes to consoles very very soon.

If you have the Modern Firearms mod by IdleSheep it will crash quite regularly. The mod has been removed from the downloads for the console until the bugs get worked out and some of the guns are updated/removed.
I disabled it in my load order and my game crashes a lot less. Sucks though, I enjoyed walking around with a Barrett Anti Material rifle wrecking shop.

Dude. That's my favorite mod. I'll disable it, but I'm not deleting it. Just in case it doesn't come back. Idk what I'm gonna do. All my weapons are from that mod. And Idk if I can go back to the default assault rifle and/or pipe weapons. I feel like this game lacks weapon choices. All the mods you can do are awesome. But I feel like it's lacking variety in terms of base weapons. If that makes sense.

Snap and Build is a great one for people who like to create settlements.
If you play survival mode, get the Conquest mod. It lets you set up camp just about anywhere and if you want to, you can turn that camp into a settlement.
For weapons, I've downloaded the M14 EBR mod and the M1 Carbine mods. I've been using the heck out of both of them.
Another good one to get is the Springtime in the Commonwealth mod. It really improves the immersion factor of the game IMO.

According to the mod maker, it should be back up in a few weeks. And I agree, the game does lack variety in base weapons.

For whatever reason, it won't let me download Snap and Build. I've been trying since day 1
But another question regarding modern firearms.
Some NPCs use them. If I disable the mod, what will happen? Will they be holding invisible guns? Or will they use base game weapons?

That sucks, maybe try clearing out your X1 cache and see if that fixes the problem for you. It's a great mod.
Part of the mod is called Real Estate. I lets you build a brand new house with all new materials and etc. I built a big arse mansion in the middle of Sanctuary while the rest of my settlers live in wood and metal shacks like peasants.

Also, any mods you recommend on X1 that increases/removes the building limit?
When they came out with concrete structures, I built a few apartment like buildings for my settlers. But I reached the size limit

With the wasteland workshop DLC, they released a new materials list called concrete that you can build concrete structures with. Not a mod, just part of the Wasteland Workshop DLC.
As far as Mods go for increasing the cap for building stuff at settlements, I haven't really tested anything yet. I downloaded a mod last night for Jamaica Plains but I haven't used it yet. I'll post an update on that later.
For now I just do the standard drop weapons/store them in workshop mode glitch to gain more settlement building space if I need it.
