I decided to not enter the institute to do this quest, and all the side quests I have that aren't settlements or faction based before I enter it. When I finish the story, I want to be "done" with mostly everything that I can be.

Yes it does. I gave up on that shite in the middle of the first fight.
But I like the look of the costume. And even Cait told me "Hey, that doesn't look half bad". And she's a bitch, so I must have been lookin pretty fly.
I also found a decorated Christmas tree in the warehouse across from medford (sp?) Hospital. It had a raiders head for the Tree top ornament. Was just funny to me b/c I had just finished decorating our tree.
ETA: I really need to figure out how to post my screenshots. My guy got a bunch of ash on him from wrecking people with the alien blaster at close quarters, and now it won't go away. He looks like someone creamed on his face now. It's terrible!

If you take off you clothes and put them back on, the burn damage disappears.

Well I only have 1 charisma and I hate the idea of bumping base stats when I level up. Guess I need to get over that.

after getting to level 23 I finally did the Kellog mission at lunch today

Better than what I did, I didnt understand the level system at first (my first FO) so I maxed out Luck with my first 6-7 levels thinking I had to max it out before it let me unlock the perks
I was way behind on perks, I just got gun nut to 2, science to 2 and both the hacker/lockpicking maxed out. Also got the mysterious stranger.Posted on 12/8/15 at 12:47 pm to musick

He came up im my 10th or so VATS targeting once I unlocked him. It actually seems like he shows up less now that I have his lvl 2 perk but I hardly use VATS for whatever reason.

I find that most auto weapons suck except for the minigun. I like my fully upgraded overseers rifle that I can't shoot anymore because my wife is an evil person.
