It looks like it's propped up or held up by those chains, so I think it's empty. I think the dog looking at it is just to draw attention to it or something. His owner comes wearing the vault outfit, so it's probably his.

Steam killed the paid mod option. Plus you've got the Nexus. These games are made to be played modded so I've got no worries.

They killed it for now but many believe it will come back.Bethesda was in favor of it to so I won't be shocked if it doesn't come with this game.

I never read about Bethesda supporting it. Given how mods basically keep their RPGs going for YEARS you'd think they would take a more consumer-friendly approach.

What do I need to do to run 3 on my windows 8 PC?
Thinking of hitting up the GOY edition when I get home.

I'm going to start replaying 3 this weekend and then try New Vegas - which I've never played.

I didn't mean specs. I've read it doesn't play nice with Windows 7 & up.

Play it and find out It's one of those games many people have issues with on newer OS. Just see what happens and google your problems.
