So incase anyone is wondering Xur is down by the Speaker again to the right. He's selling Ice Breaker - Sniper Solar DMG. I bought it, then bought Shadow Price, I'm ready to wreck shop bishes.

I bought ice breaker also. I tested it out in the Cosmodrone prior to work, I actually like it a lot. No worries about secondary ammo or reloading is a beautiful thing.

So, after everyone left last night, I went out on my own to hit level 4 with FWC (which I did) so I could get something legendary. Oh I got something legendary alright, a flipping Shard. 
Picked up a class item from New Monastery (will also be picking up one for Dead Orbit) to begin leveling up those factions now. Would really like to be rank 3+ with each faction so I can have my pick from all vendors (already lvl 3 with Vanguard & FWC).
Also, think I'm going to pick up that Shadow Assault Rifle but really need to pick up a legendary Rocket Launcher since Xur wasn't selling Gjallahorn (Sp?)

I'll be on tonight, I'm sure. If we have 4 or 5 people for tonight, we should go to one of the websites where players are looking to join a team just for a raid.

As long as we can get 5, I can get the sixth. Just need to make sure we can get 5. May also be able to get 2 if we can only gather 4.
The 1 (possibly 2) have done the raid and the 1 guy I know has completed it several times which will be helpful.

Should I get the sniper or get the warlock chest. I currently have an un-upgraded queen's robe chest.

I got the sniper rifle. I like it a lot. No need for ammo or reloading. It recharges ammo relatively fast.

I would get the Sniper. Up to you thouugh as I already have two exotic armor pieces.
This pisses me off to no end!!
The 2 exotics that I wanted.
SUROS and Ice Breaker.
Both come on the weekends I don't have enought coins!!!
PS: I highly recommend Shadow Price for PVE or PVP if you do not have SUROS. Fast reloads, High Impact, and great range down the sights. I group it with assualt rifle reload speed boost on my armor and you barely notice the small clip.

That is what I got at lv 4 too. Not sure if that is random or the rewards are not as good at rank 4. I think it is random though.

You reached rank 2 now. Two things about that. Legendarys for the Iron Banner start dropping but you now only get rep when you win the game.

Wait, I can get Ice Breaker it is only 17 coins... Not 23 like normal

Yeah I probably should have put that it was only 17 coins unlike prior exotics for 23.
This morning when I went to Xur and I looked at the exotic weapon he was selling I saw it was Ice Breaker and was like "ehhhh I don't know" and then I saw the price and was like "frick it. I'll get it". I didn't look at the perks until after I got it and tested it out in the cosmodrone which is when I noticed the ammo regenerated and was like what the frick which prompted me to look at the perks and then I was happy to have bought it.
It will really come in handy during strikes where secondary ammo is hard to find or on strikes with the juggler modifier active.
I was a little disappointed that Xur wasn't selling my Daft Punk exotic Titan helmet this weekend.

The thing about Ice breaker I like is it has higher than normal Impact for Sniper. I still don't understand how that bar works for sniper as the are all so small. It must be relative to class but I have yet to see a high impact sniper.
The higher recoil sucks though as my raid sniper barely kicks and I can fire off all 6 rounds very quickly.

frick a sniper, still got the Ice Breaker anyways. 17 coins is nothing.
