Depends on how fast you can complete 5 Tiger Strikes. I also need to grind out some strikes to hit my vanguard mark limit before it resets and to keep progressing on my exotic bounty.

ETA: Just checked, I can only get 29 before I hit my cap. Regardless, it'll put me closer to purchasing either Dr. Nope or a legendary secondary from the Vanguard.

Google farming events for marks on earth.
You can max out your weekly marks in about 4-5 hours doing that.

If you are doing the exotic strike bounty, I recommend the Sekrion Venus strike on normal difficulty. You can push through that in 20 minutes

We'll the level 24 strike is a bit hard for a level 24 character so can't fly through it. Then I had 2 strikes in a row where my team quit,

Why not the level 8 strike on earth? Still counts as far as I know

It's yellow and the reward is an exotic weapon. The bounty vendor will randomly award one when you turn in bounties. Allegedly a 2% chance when you turn one in.

It's not an exotic strike, just a standard strike that is required from some exotic bounties. Exotic bounties occur rarely and randomly after turning in completed bounties. When one occurs, you're given a choice between three different bounties. Each have various individual tasks to be completed and a different Exotic Weapon tied to each bounty. Upon completion of all tasks required by the bounty, you will then receive the exotic weapon associated with that bounty. Some of the Exotic bounties require you to complete a specified number of strikes as part of the bounty. Most, if not all, have multiple phases to be completed in order to complete the bounty. My exotic bounty for the Bad JuJu pulse rifle that I picked up requires me to complete 25 strikes as the first part of the bounty. After I finish the first part of the bounty, I will be told what the next requirements need to be completed for the bounty.
