I got the sword breaker SG. It's ok. Mystery and I believe totes as well got the Black hammer SR. Someone got the Gjallahorn Jr. RL, can't remember who.

I haven't logged on but according to bungie.net this iron banner is the same as last time. Except gear goes to 33 light. Still has not shown the chest or helmet yet although they have art of it on the page. Also rank has not reset even though they said it would this time.
I wonder if a reforge will make my machine gun go to 331
Edit: Just read on reddit they don't, still 300.

Bungie is really screwing the pooch on the weapon/armor upgrades (rather lack thereof).

It's really not that big a deal. I think it is only like 10% more damage. Which does add up but I'm not upset about it.
I read you can still get the old guns with 331 from Vanguard rank up or Engrams. Hoping for that Shadow Price with stability to drop to me again.

Yea looks like the only reason would be for the 33 light boots or arms, Which I already have on all 3 of my characters except my warlock. But my warlock is iron banner rank 5 so I can get that without playing.
I do find that having more crucible bounties is nice though.

Lots of people or using weapons of light in videos but it does nothing. Same damage when they have it and without. Seems like the only other thing we could do besides better timing to max damage on Crota is for you guys to drop orbs in the center, so my super will be up after I grab the sword.
