It's essentially 1 strange coin for 4750 glimmer, which is a great deal considering how glimmer poor everyone seems to be now.

Yep. Which also means that in terms of Glimmer, the Plan C would cost 80,750.
I'm glad he brought back the heavy ammo packs this week. But I also noticed no more Exotic Engrams which means less options for using Motes.

I was thinking the same thing. So literally the only thing you can spend them on is at the Speaker, which no one near 30 needs/wants. I wonder if they'll be used for something else at some point.

Gotta love getting in a no respawn area when your at lvl 16 fighting lvl 18 bad guys giving them everything you got to kill an area full of them, only to be killed by the LAST frickING BAD GUY and have to start over
That shite ain't cool. Had to take a break from destiny after raging hard because of that. Got to the point where to progress the story I was going to have to fight through those lvl 18's or go grind on killing lower lvl bad guys to lvl up to make the lvl 18's easier.

Unless they become legitimately useful somehow in the DLC, they are worthless unless you want a nifty emblem or a class item from the speaker. Since I have nothing to use my motes on, I've been buying the speaker emblems because they look pretty cool.

I hope so. I used the 23 I had last week on the engram and I'm already back up to 25 in seven days. I've been getting them randomly from killing enemies. I really hope I can use them on something.
