What does that have to do with if he likes that setting or not? I played the beta and it didn't grab me at all. Don't care for the setting and weapons. That's not a commentary on the war itself.

Been playing campaign. Haven't even looked at multiplayer yet. So far I love it. Challenging yet the detail in cut scenes is amaze balls

Don't think were nazis just yet.
You're right. According to this wiki page, they were called "Huns" during WW1.
quote:
Hun (or The Hun) is a term used in reference to the medieval Hunnic Empire of Attila the Hun. This term was used heavily during World War I and was often seen on Allied war posters. The origin of the term was a reference to Attila the Hun in Emperor Wilhelm II's notorious Hunnenrede (Hun speech) delivered on 27 July 1900, when he bade farewell to the German expeditionary corps sailing from Bremerhaven to defeat the Boxer Uprising.

It kills my soul to think people believe we fought Nazis in WWI. Nazi is also not just a nickname for German people of that era. The Nazi party was in charge of the government. Germany was a monarchy until the end of the First World War.

Holy shite this game is fun.
Haven't had that many snipers really. Ton of assault and medics.

I don't know the name of the map, but have you played on the one that is essentially one big valley?

Yea, that one had a decent amount, but not unbearable. Just played the fort Zao or whatever. That one had a ton of snipers.

Anyone finding the support class a slog to level through? I want to hit support level 3 to unlock the BAR with optics but I'm finding the machine guns are very underwhelming. They're inaccurate and don't do enough damage relative to the other classes. The only fun part is the mortar which can wreck havoc on the smaller maps.
The other classes can kill so much faster and medic and sniper out range support.

If you just ordered the regular game, you can't play till Friday. Charging an extra $20 to play a few days early...
