Never player AC series but watched a friend play the GameCube version back in the day.

Check the price though, CA. You should never pay more than MSRP of $299 for a new Switch.

I've been thinking about just getting a switch lite. Don't really need it to be on a big screen or need the multiplayer even though you can still do it.

I can confirm this. Refreshed periodically throughout the week last week and was able to order and pick up last Friday.
Any game recommendations for a 4 and 6 year old? Need something co-op they can play together. MK, Mario party?

Breath of the Wild is an absolute must, but no co-op. Mario Kart is great for co-op. Donkey Kong for co-op maybe?

Mario + Rabbids is still one of my favorite Switch games. It's so much damn fun.
