New Half-Life game announced, but its not what we wanted though

Read about this a couple of days ago, and it sucks.
Also read that a new Mass Effect is in EARLY development and we may get Dragon Age 4 news on Dec 4th.

We know little to nothing about this.
I'm hopeful it's a feeler to gauge the market for Half Life before diving back into a full game. Realistically, this is just an experience built off of existing HL2 tech.

I would take this as well.
I've thought about it for a while and I honestly can't think of the angle for the next game...........IF they stay with Chell. I guess the easy one would be GLaDOS revives someone else after she kicks Chell out, but that seems too easy and cliche.

This. I live in a small apartment in Manhattan. I don’t have the space and frankly even the desire for VR gaming. I fricking love Steam and what it’s done for PC gaming, but Valve has a developer has lost it a long time ago.
